Sometimes we have some of the most random ingredients in our refrigerator and during those times we hate to let them go bad or throw them away. This happens especially when you buy produce like grapes and some of them start to look kinda funky and you think to yourself, “I just bought those, what do I do!” Again, no worries. This is another simple recipe that’s quick, easy, HEALTHY, and great for lunch, or on the go! It required only 4 ingredients and about 5 minutes to put together. How awesome is that!
- 1 can tuna
- Handful of grapes (about 12) sliced in half
- 2 tbs hummus
- 2 slices bread
- Mix can of tuna and hummus until well combined.
- Fold in grapes
- Serve on bread or toast
