The creamy and cheesy flavor is sure to be a hit at the table
Easily made in about 10-15 minutes.
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook macaroni to package instructions. About 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In separate stovetop pan. Warm butter on medium heat. Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper and mix together until combined and fully melted.
- Pour cheese mixture onto macaroni and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
